Prior to submitting your document package to the servicer, most courts will require that you obtain a court order. Simply review your court's program and file the required motion to participate in the court program. Once the court enters the order, you’ll be ready to go!

Once the Order has been entered, you will be able to upload the document package to the Portal. Simply scan all the documents your client signed and provided and upload them to the Portal. The DMM Portal online wizard will guide you through every step.

Once a case has been submitted, the DMM Portal will create a secure Borrower Page that contains all the borrower’s information and a variety of links and tools. This page is your centralized, real-time communication and documentation command center where you will be able to track the borrower’s progress, communicate with any stakeholder, and review and update any documentation needed.
